Car Crazy will ship anywhere inside the Continental United States free of charge for any order over $20.00 U.S. and under 100 lbs. Orders over 100 lbs. will be charge standard 3 day UPS ground track charge, unless such shipment must be made by common carrier. International orders are subject to all international laws and embargoes.
Recipent is responsible for all customs and/or duty charges. Car Crazy does not accept orders from countries that the United States government has designated as embargoed. Those embargoed countries are Angola, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, and Sudan.
International Shipping
Using our International Shipping, your order will ship international express and should arrive between 3 and 10 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. (We'd fly it out to you personally, but our boss doesn't quite see this as a legitimate business expense.) The base cost for International Shipping is $25 + weight. However, shipping on some specialty items such as fragile objects may be slightly higher.
Return Policy
Products should be returned via an insured carrier within two weeks of receipt of the return authorization.
All returns must be received in our Narberth Store. The address is as follows:

Order numbers must be placed on the space provided on the return label located on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, make sure the return authorization is visibly denoted on the outside of the box.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
